• Please have complete information available including quantity, strain, sex, age and/or weight desired. Customers requiring exact birth dates should request this information upon placement of order; Age/weight information can also be requested at time of order placement at no charge.
• Standing orders are encouraged so that we may always supply you with the animals you may require.
• Please place all orders at least FIVE days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
• Any changes, cancellations, or suspensions may be cancelled without charge providing notice is received TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior to shipping date. We do reserve the right to charge fees, if necessary, on aged or specialty orders which are not cancelled with acceptable notice.

Shipping Information

• Please call for delivery quotation to your area. Our customer service representatives will be able to assist you with direct door-to-door delivery schedules as well as air shipping information and charges.
• All deliveries are made in our special climatized shipping vans or via commercial air shipping.
• All animals are shipped in appropriate and specialized travel containers for safe delivery.
• A charge of $9.95 for plastic shipping containers is applied to all orders. Please consult when ordering the number of containers which will apply to your shipment.
• Water transit kits are available upon request for rodents at a charge of $3.50 each.
• All orders are shipped FOB Boyertown, PA

Conditions of Sale

Ace Animals Inc., makes every attempt to prepare and ship our laboratory animals to conform to the specifics of your order. Customers must immediately unpack and inspect animals upon the day of delivery and immediately notify Ace in the event of anything unacceptable. Under no circumstances can we accept returns; or be held responsible for air shipping or intermediate handler problems; However, Ace, may, at its option either replace or issue a credit. Except as stated, Ace shall not be liable for any direct or indirect expense or consequential damages resulting from non-conformities. This is the exclusive warranty of Ace Animals, Inc. There are no further warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular use.
